Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations exist. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Viptaka may charge a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 on dormant accounts once this threshold is reached. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Note: Accounts suspended due to fraud or Terms violations are not eligible for balance refunds. All funds in such accounts may be permanently forfeited.
